malpractice and fraud. She performs business valuations for goodwill / tangible impairment, merger/acquisition, buy / sell, estate, gift and other tax matters. Judith has valued businesses in an extensive range of industries and consults in business transactions and in assisting owners in maximizing company value.
Judith Wagner is a Certified Public Accountant, holding the AICPA's prestigious Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV) designation since 1999, and is a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA). Recognized by her peers as a financial forensic expert, Judith was appointed to the American Institute of CPA's (AICPA) Business Valuation Committee in 2006, and was elected to the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts (NACVA) Executive Advisory Board and Ethics Oversight Board by the membership at large. Judith is certified in Financial Forensics (CFF) by the AICPA as a specialist in forensic accounting.
Judith is also a Commercial Panelist for the American Arbitration Association (AAA) and serves as an arbitrator, mediator and settlement facilitator. She is often appointed as the Court's neutral expert in business valuation and other financial matters, and has also been appointed by the Court as a Receiver.
